Hello Friends!
This past week, I had the opportunity to visit the Roman Baths twice! The museum-esque experience is well done, complete with walking through the ruins, and sitting beside the largest pool. It's pretty amazing to sit on the stones where people from long ago used to relax. I think my favorite aspect of the baths was being able to see the trinkets and messages that people threw into the water and were found by archaeologists.
However, I found myself starting into the water and observing the reflections. I ended up taking some photos into the main bath area where we sat. They remind me of almost impressionistic art with the coloring and appearance. I thought you all might enjoy some of my favorites!
Cheers!
Beth
