Hello Readers!
Happy November - Christmas is coming! I am thoroughly excited at the prospect of returning home to sit beside the fire with a cup of hot cider listening to Christmas Music as it snows outside....
Of course, Thanksgiving Day must come and go first. We will be going out for a roast - I have no clue what to expect!
The past few days have been a flurry of too much homework, trips to various locations, and planning my Spring Semester back on campus. Saturday we journeyed to Warwick Castle - I will post about that shortly.
I am anxious to be travelling again, which is brilliant, because this Thursday at 2am, Victoria and I will be headed to Edinburgh, Scotland for 4 days. We are in search of some breathtaking highlands, a good bit of shortbread, dinner with her family and much more. Weather forecast is looking up, so I hope it stays that way.
In other news, I will very soon be an Auntie! The countdown has begun to when my nephew will be born - my bet is this weekend while I'm in Scotland! Someday, I'll have a great story to tell him about meeting him over Skype all the way from Scotland.
